2. Custom Design

We design your project around your space and how you'll actually use it. For pools, that means shape, depth, features, finishes, and decking. For concrete, that means layout, finish, color, and drainage. You'll know exactly what you're getting.

3. Transparent Proposal

You receive a clear, itemized scope and price, including finishes, materials, and timeline. No vague allowances or surprise change orders.

4. Permits & Engineering

We handle the parts most homeowners dread: soils evaluation, structural engineering where needed, and permitting across Denver-metro jurisdictions, including pool barrier and safety code.

5. Expert Construction

Our team executes, excavation, base prep, reinforcement, the pour or pool shell, plumbing and equipment, decking, and finish work, coordinated in the right sequence and built for Colorado's climate.

6. Final Walkthrough

We complete the project, clean up, and walk you through everything. For pools, we fill, balance the water, and show you how to operate your new oasis.
